The Oak Grove Quartet will be hosting it's first ever New Year's Eve dinner and concert concert. The dinner concert will be at the Havre de Grace Community Center in Havre de Grace, Maryland. Our new recording "Now The Searching Is Over" is here and is available from our online store. We're so excited to have two songs on the album written by our baritone, Ken Tipton and we look forward to including more of his music in our ministry.
Our annual fall concert at The Oak Grove Baptist Church is tonight and we will be debuting songs from "Now the Searching is Over" as well as remembering some of the songs that have been popular for the quartet over the past 10 years. I hope to have pictures from tonight's concert up on the Concert Photos page sometime this coming week.
We have been very busy this summer and still are booking some concert dates for winter and spring 2003. If you would like to have The Oak Grove Quartet come to your church or event, please contact Dan Fields.

The guys have been in the studio during the month of August and have finished a new album which will be entitled "Now The Searching is Over." The recording is complete and will be sent out for duplication very soon. We anticipate having the new recording for our annual fall concert on October 12th. Happy New Year! There are a lot of exciting things going on with the Quartet and the website. Thanks to Joe Fino for great job on a redesign for the site navigation, it's a much cleaner look and will allow for more content on the site.
I have put a calendar in place of the old concert listings page, this new format should be easier to read and will allow me to post more details about our concert dates, times, and locations. I still have a few kinks to work out in the presentation of the calendar but I think it is a much better format. Check back in the next week or so as I will be posting quite a few spring/summer 2002 concert dates. The quartet is still booking for 2002, please contact Dan Fields if you would like the quartet to come to your church or event.
A lot of people have been asking when the quartet will have a new album available, well, we've been working on some things and hope to have some details in the next few weeks with a new album debuting sometime in the spring/summer. Keep checking the site for all of the exciting details!

Check out the sound clips, they have all been converted to streaming Real Audio. No more waiting for them to download! We've also added a PayPal shopping cart. If you're not familiar with PayPal E-mail me and I'd be happy to give you the details.
Because of our new web host we have a lot of exciting things we'll be adding to the site in addition to the streaming sound clips. We'll be implementing a new mailing list (the service we were using is not in services anymore) and guestbook so be on the lookout for those soon.
The quartet is gearing up for their annual fall concert at the Oak Grove Baptist Church in Bel Air, Maryland and have been working on 7 or 8 new songs and they are awesome! Be listening for all of the new songs at concerts this fall and winter.
